MyaLink App Launch on International Rare Disease Day

We are thrilled to announce that starting February 29, 2024, on the Rare Disease Day, the MyaLink app will be available to all members of the patient organization German Myasthenia Association e.V. (Deutsche Myasthenie Gesellschaft, DMG).The MyaLink app enables patients to monitor their individual disease progression. Developed at Charité in Berlin together with softwarepartner Qurasoft, MyaLink has already been successfully tested in an initial study in 2023, with 96.6% of study participants recommending the app.

The development was supported by the patient organization German Myasthenia Association e.V. to ensure that the perspectives and needs of patients are considered at every stage. Furthermore, the MyaLink app allows for the integration of health and vital parameters through external devices or health applications on smartphones.

The app can be downloaded from the App Store (for iOS devices) or the Google Play Store (for Android devices) by DMG members. An activation code is available through DMG (https://dmg.online/).
