First MyaLink Feasibility Study Results

We are very pleased to present the first results of the MyaLink study (Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin)!

The feedback from patients and practitioners is overwhelmingly positive. A full 96.6% of participants recommend the app to others. Overall, the study results show a consistently high level of satisfaction and acceptance of the app. Adherence rates are between 80.9% and 100% for all data types (PROMs: 97%, spirometry: 87.7%, wearables: 80.9%). It is particularly noteworthy that patients wore the wearables on average longer than required (20 hours/day vs. 14 hours/day) and performed more spirometry measurements than required by the protocol (49 measurements vs. 11 measurements).

These results show that there is a high need and willingness of MG patients to self-monitor their symptoms and that MyaLink has great potential to complement and improve existing care structures!
