Burden of disease in generalized myasthenia gravis

Dr. Sophie Lehnerer explains the burden of disease in myasthenia gravis. For a long time this was not sufficiently noticed. But recent studies show the different areas in which the symptoms affect. Myasthenia gravis presents with much more than “just” motor symptoms. The video contribution was created during the annual congress of the German Myasthenia Society (DGN) 2022 in Berlin. Dr. Lehnerer gave several lectures there, including on new therapies for myasthenia gravis and an overview of neuromuscular diseases.
